Email contact@coinforgestudio.com for anything — questions, bug reports, billing, refunds, account or data-deletion requests. It lands directly with Hratch, the maker behind CoinForge. You'll usually hear back within a day or two (nights-and-weekends project, time zones apply).

Bugs & feature ideas

The best place is GitHub Issues — the whole product is open source, and public reports help other makers too. Include your browser or the desktop-app version (Help → About) and, if you can, a .coin file that shows the problem.

• Press F1 in the app for the full user guide, laser workflow (settings, test grids, coated blanks), shortcuts, and FAQ.
• The same manuals live in the repo under /docs.
